Opened or unopened product are eligible for a return as long as the conditions/requirements below are met:
1) Return Window

Change of mind / not right for you: return within 90 calendar days of delivery.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item received: notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To be eligible, items must meet the Condition rules below and include all original accessories.

Before sending anything back, contact our Customer Support team to receive return approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed, and we may be unable to issue a refund if the package cannot be identified.
2) Condition Requirements
To receive a full refund (unless otherwise noted):

Unopened/unused items: original, intact retail packaging; all manuals/accessories included.

Hygiene, personal-care, beauty items (e.g., skin/foot care, soaps, applicators) and wearables:

Electronic devices and accessories: no cracks, dents, liquid damage, or modifications; include all parts/chargers.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive used, missing parts, damaged, or outside the stated window.
3) Non-Returnable Items
For safety, regulatory, or fairness reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-returnable at purchase

Opened hygiene, personal-care, or beauty items (unless DOA)

Consumables that have been opened/used (e.g., soaps, cleaners)

Digital/downloadable products and gift cards

Customized/personalized items

Items returned without the required RMA/approval
4) Exchanges

If the item/variant you want is in stock, we’re happy to exchange after we receive and inspect the original.

If not in stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit (your choice, where applicable).
5) Returns Process (RMA)

Email support@gekkogifts.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if damaged/defective/wrong item).

We’ll reply with return authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Ship back using the method in our instructions. Pack securely; include all accessories.

When received, we aim to inspect within 3–5 business days and process the outcome (refund, exchange, or credit).
Returns sent without RMA or to the wrong address may be delayed or refused.
6) Return Shipping Costs

Change-of-mind / fit / preference: you pay return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item: we cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label (region-dependent).

Refused or undeliverable packages may incur two-way shipping charges and/or a restocking fee (see below).
7) Restocking & Deductions
To keep prices fair for everyone, we may apply:

8) Refund Method & Timing

Refunds go to your original payment method (or store credit if you request it).

Once approved, please allow 3–10 business days for your bank/card issuer to post the refund.

For Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) payments, your BNPL provider will adjust your plan per their terms.

9) Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue and the packaging label.

After verification, we’ll offer a replacement, exchange, or refund and cover return shipping if a return is required.

For carrier damage, we may ask you to retain packaging for a carrier claim.
10) Lost Packages & “Delivered” But Not Received

If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.

We can help with carrier investigations, but we aren’t responsible for packages after the carrier marks them delivered. Consider adding signature confirmation at checkout where available.
11) Order Changes & Cancellations

Email us promptly to change or cancel.

If an order has already shipped, please use the returns process after delivery. Refused deliveries are treated as returns and may incur shipping/restocking deductions.
12) Bundles, Kits & Free Gifts

Bundles/kits must be returned complete. Partial returns may reduce the refund by the full undiscounted value of kept items.

Free gifts or promotional items must be returned, or their value may be deducted from the refund.

If a product includes a manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll help you access it. Unless explicitly stated, Gekko Gifts does not provide an additional written warranty. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
15) Abuse & Fair Use
To prevent abuse (wardrobing, serial returns), we may refuse service, limit returns, or close accounts consistent with applicable law.
16) Governing Law
This Returns & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules). Any dispute will follow the dispute resolution and venue rules in our Terms of Service.
